From Street Performers to Creative Leadership

2015_cerceau-cwp_148In 2014, Debbie Millman met with one of the incredible creative executives from Cirque du Soleil at a conference where they were both speaking. Three months later was the start of a beautiful, almost year-long engagement that was one of the greatest privileges of our professional lives.

We worked extensively with the senior leaders of CDS to codify what makes one of the world’s most inventive organizations truly different. Building on their roots as street performers, and their mission to invoke, provoke and evoke the human spirit, we helped craft a new vision to guide them in their next chapter of creative leadership.
