The Community Insights Manager will support the Innovation team with day-to-day tasks as well as implement our qualitative consumer insights program.

Help the larger team deliver projects in a timely manner by contributing to presentations with Collaboratory community information
Collaborate on a team with designers, strategists, researchers, and programmers to push research and co-creation boundaries
Discover new ways of gathering consumer insights
Daily management of the-Collaboratory, specifically recruited and managed to generate new insights about categories or audiences
Post, comment, and support each research community
Continuously generate ideas and recommendations on how to better use existing and other Collaboratory tools to generate insights
Act as the â€śvoiceâ€ť for Collaboratory members
BA/BS degree (preferably in relevant discipline such as Digital Marketing, PR, Media, Communications, etc.)
3+ years of relevant, professional social media and/or online Community Management experience (advanced working knowledge); Strong grasp of social media/digital marketing tools, trends and strategies
Strong social skills, huge enthusiasm for technology, social media, and online resources
Deep experience (personal or professional) on social platforms such as Facebook, Tumblr, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
3+ years experience in digital marketing
Outstanding client service and presentation skills
Experience with other relevant web tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
Creative and strategic self-starter
Outstanding communicator – excellent organizational skills, written and oral communication skills with peers, management and cross-functional teams
Can-do attitude (no task is too small, no project too complex)
Some knowledge of brand management, advertising planning and account management, and qualitative research
Blogging experience a plus
